An entrepreneur ask, what to do with my ideas? This is not a straight forward question, and there is not a straight forward answer. An idea is defined by google as a thought or suggestion as to a possible course of action. The ability to have an idea is common among many living organisms. Humans most certainly have ideas. An idea on its own is not worth anything, ideas are free. Its the ability , will, attitude and motivation towards acting on an idea that determines the fruits of the seed aka the idea.
There are ideas that are simply just that, ideas, as the requirements to bring the fruits of the seed to fulfilment lies within the realms of the impossible. Therefore, it is not wise to pursue such ideas, of course unless there is a dramatic change in circumstances and the impossibility became the possibility.
One of the characteristic of a good, great or wonderful idea is, no one person has it. There is no one person that can truly claim ownership of an idea, an idea is a very difficult thing in itself to copyright, if it can be copyrighted at all. Good, great and wonderful ideas are out there in the realms of consciousness visiting the minds of the ones that venture. Although ideas are out there, and the ones that venture receives these ideas in their brains, it is not all that receives an idea will act on the idea, as it may lie in the realms of the impossible to that being.
A very simple mistake an entrepreneur might make is the seeking of verification of the feasibility of an idea from a loved one or close colleague, and getting put off when the response is not what they were seeking. Do not be discouraged. Continue talking about your idea, especially if there lies within a passion for that particular idea. A good idea is like a diamond being chiseled to perfection with words, keep chiseling away until the mission is clear.
Try connecting with those that are working on a similar idea. This can be accomplish by doing research on the area of interest in regards to the idea. Remember, no one person has a great idea, so try to find that other someone that is working on the idea. If there is no one else working on the idea, then the idea may not be feasible, as there will be a reason why no one has done it before. Try finding the reason why the idea has not been made to bear fruits before, and identify if it is a problem that can be solved – usually solving these sort of problems result in the accumulation of wealth.

There is a saying in horse racing that the price of the horse should not put you off from a bet, it is also never a good idea to put someone off a bet in a race as the Grand National. Do not be discouraged by someone trying to put you off from an idea, also never try to put someone off from their idea.
